A CARE maintenance contract is a mandatory requirement for every FAST LTA installation. You benefit from predictable annual costs for the entire contract period, including software updates and hardware spare parts – as well as local support directly from the manufacturer.

#### Software updates

All security and stability updates are included for the entire duration of the contract.

  

#### Software upgrades

New features are installed at no extra cost. Your system grows in line with your needs.

  

#### Telephone support

Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm. On request: 24/7 availability.

  

#### Hardware spare parts

All components – including hard drives – are covered by the contract. No extra costs.

  

#### Labour included

No additional labour costs: labour costs for hardware replacement are fully covered.

  

#### **Remote monitoring**

Proactive system monitoring via email and SNMP – we take action before you even notice a problem.

  

#### On-site service

Our team will be with you within a few hours – anywhere in Europe, direct from the manufacturer in Munich.

  

#### **Remote sessions**

Direct remote access for diagnostics and configuration. A quick solution without the need to travel.

The integrated monitoring system regularly updates our support team via email and SNMP on the operational status of your system. Any critical issues are escalated immediately.

At FAST LTA, development, sales and service are all based under one roof. No being put on hold, no endless hotline loops – a direct line to the manufacturer.

### Buy the system

A CARE maintenance contract is automatically taken out upon installation. You will receive the relevant documents directly from us after your purchase. 

### Submit details

Please provide the names of the technical and commercial contacts and the system locations. 

### Sign the contract

You will receive the maintenance contracts with the serial numbers for your installation.
