To ensure we can continue to provide you with support and updates, you will need to update your Silent Cubes to the latest version. To do so, follow the steps at the bottom of this page. **For systems with SW 2.x only (Head Unit C2 & C4, Silent Cube Compact)** ### How to update your system 1. Please ensure that your system is running at least version 2.00.29.7750. **If in doubt, please contact technical support.** 2. Download the new version and save the .tar file (do not unzip the file!). 3. Stop all access to the system. 4. Now install the update (fast-update...) via the Service section of the user interface and allow the process to run to completion. After approx. 15 minutes, a pop-up window will prompt you to restart the system. Confirm the dialogue. 5. Log in again and check the version.
